Permission to use the photograph(s) and video footage taken during Painting Workshop/Class

I understand that For the Love of Paint (the Business) wishes to use the Photograph(s) of Photographs of students painting and the finished painting., featuring me and/or my child (the Child), of whom I confirm I am the parent or guardian, and the video footage (the Video Footage), of Video of the students painting and the finished paintings., featuring my Child and/or Myself, for the purposes set out below. 

For good and valuable consideration, (receipt of which I acknowledge), I confirm that:

1.   I grant the Business exclusive permission to use the Photograph(s) and Video Footage:

a.   In printed publications, specifically Flyers for For the Love of Paint UK.

b.   In presentations, specifically Examples for future painting workshops.

c.   In promotional materials, specifically Promoting For the Love of Paint as a business.

d.   In the advertising of goods or services, specifically Advertising for For the Love of Paint.

e.   On the Business' website, specifically www.flopart.co.uk.

(Specified Purposes)

2.   I understand that my image may be edited, copied, modified, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product.

3.   I waive the right to any royalties or other compensation arising or relating to the use of the Photograph(s) and Video Footage.

4.   I consent to the Business:

a.   Storing copies of the Photograph(s) and Video Footage for the Specified Purposes or to it storing my contact details on its database in case it needs to contact me.

5.   I have the right to:

a.   Withdraw my consent to the Business using and storing copies of the Photograph(s) and Video Footage for the Specified Purposes at any time;

b.   Withdraw my consent to the Business storing my contact details on its database;

c.   Access the Photograph(s) and Video Footage, and any information the Business holds about  my child at any time; and

d.   Request that the Photograph(s) and Video Footage and any information the Business holds about the Photograph(s) and Video Footage, and any information the Business holds about my child be removed from any materials, future materials and internal databases by contacting the Business at this email address: fortheloveofpaintuk@gmail.com.

6.   This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual dispute or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
